27 JULY 2026, DAY 208 – ARE YOU GOING THROUGH DEEP WATERS OR FIERY FIRE?

TODAY’s SCRIPTURE : Isaiah 41-43 Chapters

DEVOTION
Are you going through deep waters or fiery fire or rivers of difficulties?

“When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you.” Isaiah 43:2 NLT

Accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior does not mean life will be free from trials. Challenges, disappointments, and hardships are part of the journey. Yet God never promised a life without storms He promised His presence in every storm.

When you face deep waters or rivers of difficulty, you have a choice to make. You can rely on your own strength and risk being overwhelmed, or you can trust God and allow His presence to carry you through. His strength is greater than your weakness, and His grace is sufficient for every trial.

The fires of oppression may surround you, but they cannot consume you when Jesus is with you. Just as God walked with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the fiery furnace, He walks with you today. He has not changed. The same God who delivered them is the God who holds you in the midst of your circumstances.

Whatever you are facing today, remember this, God’s presence is your greatest assurance. He may not always remove the trial immediately, but He will never leave you to face it alone. His presence gives peace in the storm, strength in weakness, and hope.

PRAYER
