24 APRIL 2026, DAY 113 – BOLDNESS TO STAND

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE : Esther 1-5 chapters DEVOTION

Esther 4:16 (NLT) “If I must die, I die.”

Esther risked her life by going before the king. Her boldness gives us a powerful example of how to navigate difficult situations.

1. THE COST

Esther understood that her life was at stake. Yet she chose to act because she placed God and His people above herself. She was fully aware of the cost of her decision.

2. PRIORITIES

She believed the safety of the Jewish people was more important than her own life. Her priorities were clear and unwavering.

When faced with a difficult situation, she didn’t hesitate in fear or overthink. Instead, she called the Jewish people to fast and seek God and she took action. She didn’t just rely on God but also did her part.

Like Esther, when you face difficult situations.

Do you focus more on yourself, or on God and His people?

Are you bold enough to stand for God and His people, even when it costs you?

PRAYER

Lord, give me boldness to stand for You and Your people wherever I am placed. Amen.
