19 JULY 2026, DAY 200 – IT WILL ALL HAPPEN AS GOD HAS PLANNED!

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE : Isaiah 13–15

DEVOTION
Maybe God has promised you a thing. Perhaps you’ve been waiting for 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or even longer. You may be asking:
“Where is God’s promise?”
“Will it really happen?”
“Can it still happen in these circumstances?”
Waiting can be difficult, but God’s timing is always purposeful.

Isaiah 14:24 (NLT) says, “The Lord of Heaven’s Armies has sworn this oath: ‘It will all happen as I have planned. It will be as I have decided.’”
What seems impossible to us is never impossible for God.

Throughout Scripture, we see faithful people who waited on God’s timing

Abraham waited about 25 years for God’s promise of a son.
Joseph waited about 13 years from his dreams until they were fulfilled.
Moses spent 40 years in Midian before God called him to lead Israel.
David waited about 12–15 years after being anointed before becoming king.
Jesus began His public ministry at about 30 years of age, according to God’s perfect timing.
In each case, God remained faithful to His purposes.

If God has called you or led you according to His will, don’t lose heart because of the waiting. The God who was faithful to Abraham, Joseph, Moses, David, and who fulfilled His perfect plan through Jesus, is still faithful today. His timing may not be our timing, but His plans are always good and trustworthy.

Declare this in faith
“God, I trust Your timing. Your plans for my life will unfold according to Your perfect will.”

PRAYER
Dear God, thank You for Your faithfulness and for the hope You give through Your Word. Help me to trust You even when I cannot see what You are doing. Strengthen my faith as I wait on Your perfect timing. I know that You are the same yesterday, today, and forever, and that Your plans are always good. Strenghthen my faith each day, trusting that You will accomplish Your purposes in my life according to Your will. In Jesus name, Amen.
