TODAY’ SCRIPTURE: Psalms 103-105 Chapters
DEVOTION
In Psalm 103, David chose to focus on the goodness of God rather than the difficulties of life. While it is easy to dwell on our problems, David reminds us of countless reasons to praise the Lord :
1. His forgiveness
2. His healing
3. His redemption
4. His loving kindness
5. His tender mercies
6. His provision of good things
7. His righteousness
8. His justice
9. His mercy
10. His grace
11. His patience
None of these blessings are earned. God freely gives them to us out of His love, even though we do not deserve them.
Life may sometimes feel overwhelming, but there is always a reason to praise God. When you struggle to find one, take a moment to read Psalm 103 and remember all that He has done for you. Count your blessings, and let gratitude turn your heart toward worship.
PRAYER
Lord, thank You for Your forgiveness, healing, redemption, loving kindness, and tender mercies. Thank You for all the blessings You pour into my life, even though I do not deserve them. Help me to remember Your goodness in every season and to keep praising You, especially in the quiet and difficult moments. In Jesus name, Amen
