18 APRIL 2026, DAY 108 – SERVE THE LORD WITH WHATEVER HE HAS BLESSED YOU WITH

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE : II Chronicles 33-36 chapters

DEVOTION

Josiah became king at just eight years of age. In the eighth year of his reign, at the age of sixteen, he began to seek the God of his ancestor David. In Josiah’s time, boys were considered men by the age of twelve or thirteen. By sixteen, he understood the weight of responsibility placed on him. Even at such a young age, he showed greater wisdom than many other kings because he had decided to seek the Lord God and his wisdom. The king used his wisdom to serve the Lord. God has given each of us something like wisdom, knowledge, strength, resources, or influence. Age is not a limitation when it comes to serving Him. What matters is willingness and obedience.

A LIFE THAT DOESN’T SERVE GOD IS A MEANINGLESS LIFE.

In eternity, people won’t be measured by how many houses they built, how much wealth they accumulated, or the status they achieved. The true measure will be faithfulness in serving God with what was entrusted to them. Are you serving God with what He has blessed you with? With your wisdom, health, talents, time, resources?

PRAYER

Lord, I choose to serve You with everything You have given me my wisdom, health, knowledge, career, and resources. Let my life bring glory to You in every way. Amen.
