4 APRIL 2026, DAY 94 – TRUSTING GOD IN DIFFICULTIES

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE : 1 Chronicles 5-8 chapters

DEVOTION

In I chronicles 5:18-22 we see the armies of Reuben, Gad and half tribe of Manasseh succeeded in the battle because they trusted God. Although they had skill, still they prayed & sought God’s guidance. The talent and our abilities are meant to be used for him, but they should never replace dependence and trust in him.

When we trust in skill, our ability, our fame, our reputation, strength and cleverness we open the door to pride. Just like the tribes of armies, when they sought the land in difficult situations God helped them win the battle. Psalm 20:7 Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we will remember the name of the Lord our God. Even when situations are going from bad to worse keep trusting him. He ll definitely come through for you.

Whom are you trusting in your difficulties?

PRAYER

Lord, some trust in chariots and some in horses but I will only trust you and seek you in all my difficult situations. Amen. ‎
