Day – 68 DIVINE APPOINTMENT

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE: I Samuel 8-11 chapters DEVOTION

Saul’s father sent him on an important task to find the donkeys that had wandered away. In those days, owning many donkeys showed that a family was wealthy, so losing them was a big problem. Sometimes we think events in our lives just happen by chance.

But Saul’s story shows that God can use ordinary situations to guide us to the place where He wants us to be. So we should look at every situation in our life as a possible divine appointment from God. Both good and difficult situations can be used by God to shape our character and lead us to serve Him in a new way.Think about the things that have happened in your life recently.

Can you see how God might be working through them?

God may be building new qualities in your life and preparing you for His purpose.

PRAYER

Dear God, today I wait with expectation for what You are going to do in my life. Amen.
