DEVOTION
Genesis 12:7 (NLT) – And Abram built an altar there and dedicated it to the Lord.
Genesis 12:8 (NLT)-There he built an altar. So, wherever he went he built an altar & worshipped God.
Today we don’t have physical altars. Now the Altar means heart.
“How is your altar (HEART)?”
Is it in right standing with the God?
Let’s examine what our hearts are filled with
Jealousy, envy, revenge, hatred, pride

FILLING – HEART WITH IT

Worldly things creep in heart
↓
Depression, Loneliness, Anxiety
God’s word

FILLING – HEART WITH IT
↓
Love , Joy , peace
in general and even in tough times & trials.
For your heart to be right , the prerequisite is putting God first. Making him the highest priority and then everything else falls into its place just like a puzzle. When you put a particular puzzle in its place , rest all will fall in its place right ?
Let’s see how can we put God in first place? By being watchful in Sight Words / speech Behavior / actions .
Proverbs 4:23 says Guard your heart above all.
PRAYER
Lord, I’m sorry for placing my priorities in wrong order. Forgive me Lord. Today I make a decision to put you first – especially in my sight (the content I watch), words / speech (what I speak), behavior / actions. Lord I surrender everything into your mighty hand. In JESUS name,
